0161 884 1012 Negative Who called me from this phone number?

Call a 15: 26. Said she was calling from 02 wanted to give 30% discount on my bill. I told her 02 doesn't call to give discount. She became agitated and wanted yo know why I didn't want a discount. She asked me to hold on while she got her supervisor. I hung up. Clearly a scam.

Would have thought the police or appropriate authority could have given them a personal call by now.

I don't know who called me from this number.i said hello but no reply so I disconnect the phone.

Called pretending to be O2. Wanted details of my bill. Said they could reduce it by 30%. I asked how much it was currently. They hung up.

Saw the number, looked dodgy, didn't recognise it either. Been getting a lot of scam calls recently despite being on the TPS list. Didn't answer. Was then left a voicemail that was 2 minutes long. Started with on hold music, I just deleted it. Definitely a scam though.

Called posing as O2 and offering a discount on my phone.

The number has been blocked by O2 and investigated for fraud. Try ringing the number he will not get through.

Scam

Got a message from o2 at exactly the same time telling me my one time code I requested would be sent and not to share this with anyone if they call. I didn't request the code and this number rang at the same time. Did not answer

I had received a text from 02 saying they were sending me an OTP and to never share it with anyone, not even 02. It was an account recover passcode. I immediately received a call from this number. Clearly trying to scam and gain access to my account.

Same here. They rang my 12 year old son.

Called, answered and then hung up

Claimed to be from EE. I don't use them, so I stopped the call.
