Had six of these calls over the last two days Answered one and a heavily accented woman asked me a bunch of questions which I didn’t answer Told her I was happy with the service I had and couldn’t afford/want an upgrade She put the phone down on me, so I very much doubt it was actually Virgin Would they be so unprofessional?

Missed call but going by other peoples experiences I have blocked. Even if it was a legitimate Virgin call I didn't ask them to call so they were undoubtedly trying to sell me something I don't want anyway.

Call from Virgin Media to offer upgrading service. Caller was able to confirm the start of contract date and monthly amount, so appears to be genuine. Unfortunately she was not able to assist, and suggested calling their customer services on the internal number 150.

this is happening to me too. Missed call from them daily. Havent yet answered one

Don't answer this number. They claim to be Virgin media. I told them i wasn't interested and to stop calling me. I blocked number but i can still see in my call list that they call me EVERY SINGLE DAY and have done now for 3 weeks. Its harassment surely.

Keep being pestered by this number, like others after answering once they claimed be Virgin Media looking to improve my service. Hung up and blocked number once they started asking security questions. Probably some people get caught by this - SCAM!!!

lady in thick foreign accent asked me to prove who i was with details of account etc. I told her that she needed to prove that she was from virgin media and as she had rang me she needed to prove who she was. she put the phone down.

Didn’t answer a call from Virgin Media Sept 6th, have received a call from this number on the following 2 days.

purported to be from virgin media. the call was about migrating my home phone to their new system. Heavily accented Asian voice that was hard to understand. told her I needed to speak to a technician. she then started asking me about security questions. I replied that is was her that called me and that she had my number so no security questions should be needed to talk to a technician. At this point she went silent and hung up the phone. BEWARE

Called twice saying Virgin to review account and asked closed questions to get me to say yes so assume using voice for a scam if not virgin. Hung up on me twice so assume not virgin
