Phoned my mum and asking for bank details saying she can have extra cove on her pipes for water bursts - this company isn’t the company she is with anyway . she’s an elderly lady - you should be ashamed of yourself
Knew my surname, said they were 'water & drainage insurance' or something, blurted out severn trent water so obviously lying. I thought legit at first because severn trent water are dealing with an issue for me atm. Soon as i mentioned i was renting, they rudely hung up
Asked for my father and then put the phone down when I said that wasn't me
Didn't answer (whilst trying to rapidly input and check the number here!). They hung up after 5/6 rings - no voicemail message.
