Received call from 01213712020, Indian woman saying she wanted to remind me of my appointment for a stomach scan for my kidneys, as I live on the Wirral Merseyside, I asked her for my name, she did not know, seemed like a scam call at the time, she said she must have dialled incorrect number, now I see it comes from a Birmingham hospital, very frustrating and annoying to say the least, especially as you cannot be connected if you phone number, comes up as Number called is not recognised

This is possibly a number for the Q E Hospital in Birmingham, but there is no point trying to call it back. If you try it will not connect and ring out, but ends the call immediately. I have found this before as it may have been a Ward calling you or a Doctor and you cannot call it back yourself.
