Stating I owned a debt but gave a totally random name of the person with the debt. I have never had a debt in my life. Reading other reviews this is what they do ...state there is a debt and give a name that is nothing to do with the caller so they contact them for interaction so if they can't even get that right they must be fraudsters. Blocked the number. If I had any debt then the original company would have contacted me first! If they had details they would have texted it to me. They can write to me at my address so I can go to small claims court with traceable details of harrassment for a debt and name that doesn't belong to me. I will not speak to them on phone unless I recorded the conversation but they can send a letter .... they won't because it's a scam and FCA WILL SHUT THEM DOWN.

Rang them back but just got a message saying if more than one person uses my phone then they are sorry to disturb me but if I am the only one please phone them on the number on the letter they have sent me. I could not speak to someone which is annoying as I had not received any letter from them
