Claimed to be from Leeds University and doing some kind of survey. Really sceptical of this but looking forward to her calling me back tomorrow, when I will have a huge list of questions for her around the University, the department she is working for and the aims of the research document they are producing. She will hopefully hang up on me fairly quickly ;-)

Caller said it was part of a training survey. Asked me prequalifying questions- What type of industry, What percentage of turn over is domestic/ commercial, What percentage of turnover is new builds, how many full time employees and for our post code. Said we qualify but need to speak to the person in charge of training so will call back when they are in the office.
