Said Sky protect, and talked over and over and I ended it

The guy said it was Sky Protect and offered a cheaper cover deal. They knew a few bits already, then started asking about bank details, so I ended the call.

Called saying it was about Sky Protect and a cheaper cover deal. They had some details already, which made the call feel a bit too pushy.

Don’t understand people leaving g it as negative, it is genuinely sky , mine was to offer me new deals on phones as I have been with them for quite a while, I was at work so the guy asked when to call back and he did call back at that time when u fortunately a family issue happened , he was great, said not a problem and called back a few days later even asking if I didn’t mind him enquiring to see that everything was ok with the emergency, he spoke well , listened to me and even tho in the end I didn’t want to change things the now he was really fine with that and gave me some good tips on when to consider changes and asked if I would mind him calling back in a few months time near to the ens of my contract to which I said no problem . I’m the first to say if I get crappy fraudulent or even just cold calls constantly but I really can’t say anythg negative about this. No matter what ppl may think I would at least like to make it very clear that this is a genuine. Sky number so your not being cheated

Someone from SKY (or claiming to be SKY). Had a decent chat with them and the potential products they could offer me. The caller was a very polite gentleman who made me feel valued and listened to. Call lasted about 20 mins, it was overall very pleasant but I eventually decided not to buy any products as I believed it was a scam.
