AO- confirming delivery of an item.

No voice, possibly linked to AO purchase, no comments

AO pushy sales. Initially made out they were calling to confirm my delivery but were very evasive about the nature of the call, asking lots of in-depth questions about what went wrong with my old machine, then got to the crux of trying to hard sell me insurance. Said the 5 year manufacturer warranty it comes with is basically useless & they get loads of complaints from people who’ve bought new washing machines from them that have gone wrong within a couple of years! Wow. Sell better quality products then, AO! Very disappointed by this approach. Have also been calling me several times a day all week, whist I’ve been at work. Don’t appreciate this harassment! Will not use AO again.

Bought a washing machine from Curry’s on line. Today, I got a call from this number, telling me (via a very fast speaking, hard to understand, confident, assuming, anti mob man), I had ordered insurance and the cost would be “only £5.99 per month” - I had not ordered this. I didn’t appreciate the call. Please don’t call me again.

Rang then rang off possibly to see if it’s legit number

From AO confirming the delivery of my appliance. Then the service plan for same appliance saying I had signed up for a service plan. Total lies, told him to remove that plan off my name. Blah Blah, could not believe how they dare commit someone unknownly. Annoyed
