Initially rang saying we are paying too much for electricity, said I was not interested and said bye. He then rang back 30 times using this number and also 02035041843. Very rude and he said I was rude for not being interested. Harassment.

They're extremely rude. They ask you if you need loan and if you say "no", then the answer you receive back is "fuck off". That's how they learned from their home the neaterdal!
