Phone rang at 07.10am today 18 Sept 2026. Picked up and heard a voice saying that "there is a message for you", a small gap then "press 1 to hear the message again". Not a cat in hells chance of me pressing anything so I hung up

Early-morning automated message from Relay couriers, informing me that an item I purchased on Vinted had been delivered to my local parcel shop and was ready for collection.
some thing about a cancelled hospital appointment we knew nothing about so it was a scam!!
Automated message from Chubby Cable about items left in my basket. No idea how they get my landline number don’t use it!
Persistent early mornng calls. No message left.
I received 5 calls soon after the other and all with a message left regarding a company arranging my car service/MOT. I received one more late on, In between I contacted the company dealing with my car and noticed there were 5 messages in my inbox about the same time as the calls but not the same content. I reported this and they had no knowledge of these calls! Unsettling so best to ignore this number.
The calls from AQL amount to at least 8 per day - an absolute nuisance. If you press option 2 you apparently will not receives voice messages in the future. We shall see.

Repeated call about a booking I never made.
rang continually from 06.45 to taxi booking line, just silence
Rang 6 times today 14 June 2026 afternoon. Didn't stay on the line long enough for the answerphone to kick in. Just came up as "nuisance" on the 'phone. I am with BT so I have activated Call Protect which will block the number.
AQL Wholesale called 9 times from 08:20 to 11:36. Mercifully I was out. Persistent and probably a scam/fraud. Sent to my PBL.
Called 8 times. Phone rang and whilst listening to the message, they called my number at the same time which showed as a missed call. It was about people in debt with Eon Next.
