Called asking if I was "happy" with 02's service, despite not actually using 02. Then got informed that my number to deal with issues from 02 will be cancelled. I demanded that if they're really from 02 to send me official correspondence ie an email, or letter. The guy from a call center said "You will get an email to confirm this" so, I said good, then I will wait for an official correspondence as I've already had this same call a few months ago... then hung up, before they asked for any personal details. To be honest, should have not have picked up the phone, but am waiting for an important call within an hour.

Pretending to 02. They want to send me a new SIM card saying o2 phone lines are going to out of service ... fishy .

Scammers, sid they were 02 and my number was being blocked. I just replied that's good. Then I hung up.

Called twice today

It is 100% they are low life fraudsters answer and tell them to f off

Came up on my phone as a london scam call so I did not pick up

THIS IS A FRAUD NUMBER CLAIMING TO BE 02 they ask for your 02 email to log in and look at your bank details and create a their own direct debit into your account
