Claimed to be doing an NHS survey but in an area which I do not reside. I said 'hello', listened and ended the call. Did not seem legitimate.

Tried calling me at around 8pm. I didn't answer the call but a voicemail was left. Duration of 5 seconds, just the sound of them breathing (1 breath in, one breath out, voicemail ends).

I didn't answer but my mobile marked it as a spam caller. They tried calling me at nearly 8pm on a weekday. No voicemail left of course.
