They appeared to have a lot of information about me. Wanted to lower my direct debit payment but wanted my bank details. Asked them to send me a letter and hung up. Didn't want to give a stranger my bank details.
i just had the same call knew straight away was scam as ive not taken any insurance with thames water

I had a phone call stating they were my water company trying to get me to do a direct debit payment set up. Very convincing
