Trying to say virgin media, I said a different address, they said try again, I just hang up in the end. If you want a good deal, I phone virgin media, not the other way round.
Not Virgin Media as they claim to be. More likely the a scam - do not call back.
anybody knows what's the name of the web3 tool that everybody's making money with now?
Considering all the above comments, this doesn't seem to genuinely be Virgin. Because I block unknown numbers this went to voicemail and the background chitchat shows it's clearly a call centre in India. It'll be phishing for marketing purposes so just say no, cut off and block.
For the past 6 weeks I got phone calls on either home phone ( consequently I blocked this number ) or mobile daily and sometimes twice in a day ! I answered the call on mobile yesterday and they hung up !! I have package contract with Virgin for home ( not the mobile) , if it continues I ‘ll cancel this contract although been with them for some time ! Very annoying and intrusive !
Had a call off a woman claiming to be virgin telling me my bill needed paying?? I said i would ring back and got a very rude reply, Its not virgin They are scammers
I have had 15 calls this month from this number, blocked this number but calls keep showing on my phone thankfully I blocked this number and don't need to answer. I am with Virgin Media and upgraded a while ago but 15 calls in 26 days is ridiculous
Been calling me two or three times a day this month . Think it’s Virgin. Media even though I just started a new contract with them in June. Just blocked the number but they don’t give up. Ignoring them . Very annoying.
No message left when answer machine kicked in. Suspect it’s a marketing call.
Constantly calling, even after requesting no calls and signing up to dps
Said she was from Virgin Media, who I am with, confirmed my post code and first line of address, asked about my mobile and how much was I paying, I said she had the information, so you tell me, when I said I wanted to downgrade my package she said she could not do that and I would have to phone 150, so I finished the call by saying if you can’t help me that’s what I would do. Ended call .
They called to save me money as I’m paying too much. They asked me to give postcode and first line of address. Nothing more. The difficult thing was listening to a very foreign voice. Good English, terrible accent, and so rapid fire I could not negotiate. However, there was no quibble when I said I’d check my papers and ring Virgin myself.
Think Virgin, shoddy company, ljust desperate, ignore
