I get at least one phone call a day from this number. I don’t live anywhere near Birmingham so very reluctant to answer. Never leave a voice mail either.

I don’t answer calls I don’t recognise. If important I would expect a voicemail. Your search tells me it’s a company called Wavecrest and searching several other numbers gives the same company. Having numerous calls a week from these numbers.
