It's a legitimate number. The call is to check if you are still travelling as they get lots of people who change their appointments and don't tell them, so a vehicle turns up needlessly.
I believe it's HATS Group. They are the company that pick patients up from their home and take them to hospitals for their appointments, and the bring them back home. The problem is, recent reports are that scammers attempt to get you to leave voice messages so that they can clone your voice and thereby hack into your bank account and potentially steal your money. This number rang me yesterday and today. I immediately disconnected, and then emailed HATS Group asking what is going on. I'm awaiting their reply.
Calling my elderly neighbour causing her confusion about Hospital and say they are from Hacks? group. I am unable to speak to anyone to tell them to leave neighbour alone.
