Guy called me claimed he was from Sky to upgrade me to fibre on the Monday. I had just called Sky on the Friday to change some account details. He advised me of the type of sky account I had (which suggests some kind of data breach from sky maybe) as a 'reason' for me to confirm my mother's maiden name and my sky password. Of course I didn't provide this, but said I would look at applying online to which he advised that I couldn't. Uh huh right. Put the phone down.
