A scam. The moment I sounded scpetical, they hung up.

Said they were wessex water, renewable insurance for plumbing and drainage taken out in 2023, was £186 now heavily discounted to £9 per month. When i asked what bank account it was taken from they said they would look but due to GDPR regulations that information may not be available i said ok have a look any way and the phone went down. Defo scam rang wessex water and reported it and gave telephone number. They knew my name address and obviously my water supplier

They said they were from Thames Water, when I said I don't think so they hung up
