Genuine call from Ipsos conducting a survey to assess the services of all banks in the UK. only took 5 mins, only opinions they don't ask anything about your banks account just want to know really if we have a good service from our bank.

received call on 22/03/24 from edinburgh number - always search unknown callers on here as dont have contacts in edinburgh who'd be calling - evidently dodgey from the comments. yes most people can tell its a scam but they will inevitably get through to someone more vulnerable with dementia etc. hopefully flagging helps the numbers get blocked and not answered.

A woman asked if am Rupert Davies. I said no. She asked to speak to Rupert Davies. I said I shouldn't think so, he doesn't live here.

Call came in to my son's phone. He's been dead for 2 years so I knew it was shite. Some bitch saying "Hellou Hellou" in that generic whining English woman accent. Hung up and blocked.

Not given the time of day, when asked your name say "no not me".

Didn’t answer as didn’t recognise number….another scam call probably. Blocked.

Had a phone call at 8pm on a Friday asking to speak to me, kept calling me by my first name. Very unprofessional. When I questioned why they were ringing at 8pm she kept asking “I’m sorry, can you hear me” I hung up before she could go any further with the conversation.

Woman asked for feedback about my meeting I had month ago with national careers services. She was quite rude and when I told her I have already provided a feedback she hung up.

Unsolicited call. Man asked for me by name, I replied to confirm it was me and he immediately hung up.

a woman asked for banking feedback so I was suspicious and blocked the number after searching for this number on google

Man asked me to answer some questions about banking at TSB. I told him I never answer survey questions by phone to which he replied “are you sure, it’s all done like this now”. Honestly… must think I was born yesterday!!

Caller asked to speak to me about banking feedback, so I hung up as I was suspicious.

Asked to speak to my wife by name. Would not say who she was’ because of GDPR’ ! Agreed I said my wife wouldn’t speak to her unless she said who she was, she asked indignantly if I was refusing to hand the phone to my wife, I said no. My wife said loudly “ - she can write to me! “ Caller hung up
