Woman with asian accent asked me how I was. Said my phone was about to be disconnected. Did not mention a phone company.

This was my elderly neighbour that took the call. Called and said the same about the sim being deactivated, and that they were sending a new sim card out by post the following day. She said ok, and they then put a supervisor on to explain things. She told them she wasn't with O2. They then said they would send her a code, and call back in a minute. They did call back and she declined the call. Absolutely appalling.

Claimed to be o2. I hung up and they rang back asking why I hung up. I said I wasn’t with o2 and they hung up. I rang back and asked why they hung up and she said my sim was being deactivated and wanted me to give them a code.

Claimed to be O2. Called twice in 2 days. Not real

called pretending to be o2 saying my sim would be shut off and a new one sent to my address but refused to give me any details linked to my account and kept insisting to send me texts which i’m sure will have dodgy links in them

02 your number is going to be deactivated not with 02

said they were O2, and that my number is being deactivated, Obvious scam, esp since I'm not with O2
