Mine has updated on the tracking last night that it’s now with Royal Mail hopefully everyone is the same

They must have found the container :-) , mine has moved too.

I have just checked on my parcel I have movement it’s now in transit yippee 🥳. I don’t know where it has been since the 25th Oct. Hopefully you will all receive your missing parcels.

Trying the parcelsapp may give more info ... For an item delivered a few days ago there's over 30 items in the tracking history and works for tracking from different couriers. There's a gap of 6 days on the most recent item I've been waiting for, but it did get updated last night and has finally hit RM. Didn't realise that 4PX and CAINIAO did the delivery despite selecting AE standard shipping instead of CAINIAO. Hope you get yours soon.

Same as others - AliExpress parcel stuck since 25th October. Feels like a large consignment has been stolen en route to the depot...

My tracking says my package is there since 25th October. Line always busy. Called Royal Mail and said my package never arrived there, only they received a notification from the seller that will arrive. Don't know what to do now....

Same as most others, package stuck since the 25th. Seller insists I have to ring the number yet nobody answers, have a feeling Aliexpress will side with the seller if I open a dispute too early.

open a dispute with alieexpress, they advised me to do this to push the seller to find out whats going on. why are all parcels from the 25th stuck there? they mustve got raided as i know i buy jewellery and will lure thief's!

same as my parcel has been sitting there since the 25th and has not moved, says its with the delivery company but no tracking on royal mail

did you get your parcel? ive been waiting from the 25th october and still says the package is with the delivery company in the uk

Seemingly the package arrives at a transfer station and it takes time to wait for customs clearance. During this time, the logistics information will not be updated. This information I received from the seller.
