I got this and am now being told by the parcels app that my package is in export customs inspection despite it landing in the uk 4 days ago. mental.

released from customs on the 13th but still nothing

2 parcels got "released from customs" this week after sitting there doing ??? since oct but still not with me.

My parcel was stuck here for 3 weeks since 25th October but turned up today. I guess it's a customs centre or something or just the generally useless UK postal system.

2 parcels stuck there too , 25th October and 11th November , the 11th November is now with Royal Mail to deliver today :) not sure what’s happened to 25th October :(

Stuck since the 25th of Oct, ParcelsApp is now showing it's cleared customs on the 12th! However, it's now the 16th and still no parcel or update in the Roymail system. Hoping it will soon.

Stuck since the 30th October. Guessing from posts movement will start from 20th November. Its a joke all the same. Won't get discount. Will update

I received my order today. Hooray. The office in slough never picked up the phone.

Same situation as everyone else, has anyone got their parcel? Mine is over 40 unique items and I have been told by Royal Mail to wait until 3rd December then the companies I have ordered from can make a claim. Seems bonkers how could they lose all of that?

Got some movement on my parcel from 25th Oct. Was held in customs and now currently in transit. Let's hope it arrives soon.

Update - mine just had the first update since the 25th! "Heathrow - Released from customs"

Bet this is all because someones drug delivery got busted in the container. Now everyone's gonna get ripped and taped up parcels as they give it the special search.

one parcel stuck since 6th nov, one stuck since 25th oct Zzzz...

Mines been like this since the 22nd October. So it's not just the 25th ones this is affecting.
