I have not received my parcel as well. Noone answers the phone.

Has anyone received there parcels yet ?

This seem to be something new with this message to call that number. Has anyone here received their package yet? An update will be very much appreciated .

Same here as everyone else my two parcels have been sat here since 14 October ..Royal Mail can not find the tracking details and this number belongs to a marque company ...so much for Ali express upgrading my parcel for quicker shipment which I did not ask for ..just another way of a large order of valuable items going missing or did aliexpress really post my 8 items out or just an empty box which ends up at this place , with a wrong contact number . Time to get a full refund as I don’t feel I will ever receive my orders

I have had similar as everyone else, a referred number from AliExpress, if you copy and past the tracking it shows it was dispatched and then it seems to have been lost in the Mail. I have many large orders placed that are the exact same. Wondering if anyone finally received their parcels?! I’ve still not received a thing

It's a number for AliExpress orders, it seems like they can't locate the delivery address for some bizarre reason. Number constantly busy and definitely pointless calling. You might as well actually deal with the dealer.

Aliexpress order that seems to have been delivered to a sorting office in Slough. As above, tried calling; no answer. I try calling again and it seems the phone is now off... Royalmail seems to have little tracking info since it was dispatched in China. Not sure where to go from here...

The number just rings. Aliexpress advised me to call 01753 484554 have no idea why. Hopefully I will receive my parcels

Ali express , I would ignore the telephone number and copy the tracking number further down the page, copy and paste it into royal mail track and trace.

I ordered my item 2/7/21. it took 3 months to make. i have paid huundreds. my item has been in the uk from 26/10/21 it is now been telling me to call the helpline, constantly engaged or just rings out and says 'delivering". Royal mail track & trace not valid. Deadline for package was 1/11/21, its now 2/1/21. Why have they combined my package with some nipple covers when i didn't tell them too and has now delayed my package!? it's my wedding dress, i get married on 6/11/21. Absolutely fuming.

Obviously a delivery hub for AliExpress. Don't bother calling them. They're probably fed up with AliExpress giving out their address anyway. Use the tracking number providex by AliExpress. If the package has been passed on from the delivery hub to Royal Mail it will show up on Royal Mail track and trace. If it doesn't, at least you know that your package is actually in the UK.

My parcel from Ali express says it was delivered and signed for and to call this number.i did and somebody mumbled something then hung up.absolutely fuming.

Aliexpress: Received by the delivery company. For more information please call 01753 484554. Called the number but line is busy. Managed to go through once and it cut off before anyone said anything. Number is for Slough... A borough im no where near... I think its a hub and the parcel gets directed from there.

Got this number from AliExpress tracking. Don't know why as parcel is in Royal Mail. There's no need to call anyone, just keep checking status on Royal Mail website.

The number is posted in Aliexpress service for your mail. It’s Like a mail centre I guess. I’m waiting for post from Aliexpress , on my tracking details it’s saying it’s at this depo but I can’t get through as it’s always giving me an engaged tone. Somethings messed up somewhere . Wrong number given so I can’t get any info or talk to anyone about it🤷🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️
