Hey, did you check yours tracking number with parcelsapp too? What is it saying? Mine on royal mail tracking saying last update: 22/10/21 -Sender dispatching item. And on parcelsapp last update: 12/11/21 - In transit, it's progressing through post network London Heathrow Airport, United Kingdom.....no update since..its probably got stucked at The Heathrow Worldwide Distribution Centre (HWDC) the heart of the Royal Mail’s international postal deliveries. Had an issue about a year ago from Ali where they sent my parcel to a wrong address and admitted it... didn't bother getting a refund as 1) I won it for 1p 2) didn't know what it was anyway But 6 years of buying phoned from there (£200) on average and other things I am worried about this. Same as everyone... being told to phone a number.. I need this package... It's a sex toy and my wife will kill me if she finds out so I need to be home when it gets delivered 🤦‍♂️

I am having the same situation...stuck with a parcel from October 25th, saying Received by the delivery company. For info call ..... Tomorrow, if im checking the status will say Arrived at destination country. I have another 10 parcels to receive, i've received a couple of them, which ive ordered them earlier than the stuck parcel and arrived with no problem. Ive contacted the seller too, he told me to wait a couple of days. My question is...who should i contact in Uk in order to find something about the stuck parcel?

There hope I had parcel stuck since 25 October it arrived today I have other landed 13 Nov stuck again

So since it updated to "Heathrow released from customs" on the 13th Nov, there has been no new updates (stuck since the 25th Oct). Has anyone received theirs?

It's given out when Aliexpress have no idea how to track your package! The number probably does not exist or has one man for millions of people. It's the way the Chinese work - to save face. It often seems to be a computer glitch just with their tracking system and your package will arrive.

Tried the universal tracking site and found the RM post man had tried to deliver it to a completely different village same street but different village enventually managed to collect it from a local depot

It was Actually 9 Nov it was expected to arrive 12 Nov

Never had this problem with AE before but this time 4 parcel sent as combined arrived at Tyneside MC last update 12 Nov says sending to local delivery , then nothing. AE tracking says can’t deliver phone this number ,tried every phone number I can find for RM all are automated voices so no joy ,messaged all 4 sellers say is the address correct ,seeing as I’ve been buying from the same sellers for a few years ,it is their fault if the address is wrong , going round in circles ,got another 50 days befor I can put in a claim ,always pay by PP so should get a refund OK

Thx for this, just got the same email. Found the Royal Mail # on the AliExpress page, set for redelivery on Saturday.

How do you know? And why is mine saying released from export customs when it landed here so long ago?
