AliExpress give the number to call if you have an item going through customs, generally 3 days later your tracking will update to say it is with a delivery team or has left customs, and the day after that your royal mail tracking will update (usually a time stamp, with no details) that's when a 48hr parcel is created, so expect it a further 2 days later. Happened this way 4 times for me

Same here, package seems to be stuck in customs (Langley sorting office?) since 25th October. Given this useless number to call but can't get through. Have advised the seller that I will be logging a dispute if I haven't received by end of the week. I'm done with AliExpress, there's always a feckin problem!!

if anyone ever receives their package from Aliexpress after it has been stuck since 25th Oct, telling peope to phone this number could they post back here so everyone knows there's hope!.

AliExpress, same as others... The last update on my parcel was on the 25th of October (now 9th Nov) and nothing on the Royal mail system other than dispatched by sender. How long were others stuck at "Received by the delivery company. For more information please call 01753 484554"? When do I give up hope?!?

I received the same message to call that number. I did call it but it just rings or engaged. I just waited few more days then my tracking was updated and says royal mail has got it in the main sorting office and will be delivered soon. I am just waiting until comes.

As per other posts , it's regarding an Ali Express delivery. On 25 Oct 2021, their tracking system says "Received by the delivery company. For more information please call 01753 484554". Royal Mail can't help as they haven't been given the package yet. If nobody answers the phone, then I guess it's just stuck. I'll wait till the delivery window closes and file a non-delivery dispute with Ali.

I had the same message on Aliexpress My parcel seemed to have disappeared for 2 weeks but it finally came yesterday by Royal Mail

Ali Express delivery email said to call this number as unable to deliver. No answer from number or else engaged. noticed it had a Royal Mail delivery tracking number put it in Royal Mail and saw that they were unable to deliver yesterday but it is out for delivery today. Let hope it get here.

Been calling this number for days. When it’s not ringing out it’s engaged. Tried to open a dispute with AliExpress but it’s not looking good. Will likely have to get a refund via my bank

Same here as everyone else my two parcels have been sat here since 14 October ..Royal Mail can not find the tracking details and this number belongs to a marque company ...so much for Ali express upgrading my parcel for quicker shipment which I did not ask for ..just another way of a large order of valuable items going missing or did aliexpress really post my 8 items out or just an empty box which ends up at this place , with a wrong contact number . Time to get a full refund as I don’t feel I will ever receive my orders
