Again Aliexpress - they claim it is Royal Mail - it clearly is not. I would never bother with the company again - a complete waste of time and money ordering.

When you order via AliExpress make sure you pay via PayPal only. If the item delivery info states 15-day guaranteed delivery, if after 15 days still no item delivered immediately open a PayPal case. Ignore the AliExpress dispute process as going via PayPal claim will speed everything up and make sure the problem is resolved or at least you get refunded.

Number given by Ali Express when goods arrive in UK. Don't bother calling, just have some patience and give it 7-10 days for your parcel to be delivered or track on royal mail tracking site.

I got same problem parcel arrived at destination country and that's all stuck.

Aliexpress: "Received by the delivery company. For more information please call 01753 484554" Ordered an item to UK and it's stuck in Netherlands for more than a month and it's showing that the package is in Netherlands, but the Aliexpress tracking says that the item is passing Customs ... in Netherlands.... wtf... In royal mail tracking is showing that the item is in Amsterdam and the question is how can in item sent to UK can clear customs in Netherlands??? Aliexpress you're sick?? Ohhh yeahhh and this stupid phone nr nobody answers or the line is always busy...

Ordered item on the 24th of September. The item has no arrived yet. I will never buy from Aliexpress again

I had exactly the same situation like everyone else. Only, it shows arrived in UK in August. Now is December and none updates. Still held in UK customs, or somewhere there. From now on, NO MORE BUYING FROM ALIEXPRESS. As Aliexpress also don't bother to help with anything.

Just received a package from AliExpress sent in June

Hi exactly same with me arrived at Heathrow 13 /11 and now saying departing China. So weird. So did it ever arrive in the Uk or was it sent back.

Ordered item on the 12th of November. Got a notification that it was in the UK on the 21st of November. Got the message everyone got. Finally today 2nd December I got an update that its with royal mail at the depot and will be delivered within the next few days. What I noticed from ordering from aliexpress in the past year is that if it says "Arrived at destination country" then it means that it is still in transit. Only when it says "Arrived at facility" or "Custom cleared" then it is really in the UK and will be delivered within the week. I think they just say "Arrived at destination country" to make people less nervous about how the item is actually getting to you which is most likely not plane but cargo ship. Don't worry thought it generally gets to you by the estimated delivery (which for me was the 4th Dec)

There is no point in calling this number. It shows on AliExpress tracking information but no-one ever answers it or it is engaged. Use the tracking information provided or raise a case online with AliExpress.
