Again Aliexpress - they claim it is Royal Mail - it clearly is not. I would never bother with the company again - a complete waste of time and money ordering.

When you order via AliExpress make sure you pay via PayPal only. If the item delivery info states 15-day guaranteed delivery, if after 15 days still no item delivered immediately open a PayPal case. Ignore the AliExpress dispute process as going via PayPal claim will speed everything up and make sure the problem is resolved or at least you get refunded.

Number given by Ali Express when goods arrive in UK. Don't bother calling, just have some patience and give it 7-10 days for your parcel to be delivered or track on royal mail tracking site.

For more information please call 01753 484554" Ordered an item to UK and it's stuck in Netherlands for more than a month and it's showing that the package is in Netherlands, but the Aliexpress tracking says that the item is passing Customs ... in Netherlands.... wtf... In royal mail tracking is showing that the item is in Amsterdam and the question is how can in item sent to UK can clear customs in Netherlands??? Aliexpress you're sick?? Ohhh yeahhh and this stupid phone nr nobody answers or the line is always busy...

I had exactly the same situation like everyone else. Only, it shows arrived in UK in August. Now is December and none updates. Still held in UK customs, or somewhere there. From now on, NO MORE BUYING FROM ALIEXPRESS. As Aliexpress also don't bother to help with anything.

Hi exactly same with me arrived at Heathrow 13 /11 and now saying departing China. So weird. So did it ever arrive in the Uk or was it sent back.

Ordered item on the 12th of November. Got a notification that it was in the UK on the 21st of November. Got the message everyone got. Finally today 2nd December I got an update that its with royal mail at the depot and will be delivered within the next few days. What I noticed from ordering from aliexpress in the past year is that if it says "Arrived at destination country" then it means that it is still in transit. Only when it says "Arrived at facility" or "Custom cleared" then it is really in the UK and will be delivered within the week. I think they just say "Arrived at destination country" to make people less nervous about how the item is actually getting to you which is most likely not plane but cargo ship. Don't worry thought it generally gets to you by the estimated delivery (which for me was the 4th Dec)

There is no point in calling this number. It shows on AliExpress tracking information but no-one ever answers it or it is engaged. Use the tracking information provided or raise a case online with AliExpress.

Most economic shipments from China used to be by Chinese economic Mail and by Container Ship which could be 30 to 60 days. Since the pandemic logistics changed from many Chinese companies. Currently they have been using companies like 4PX which air freight to 4PX hubs in the UK. You do not need to call this number as it is just incase you are worried about the delay or tracking. I have had this on over 40 orders and all have been delivered in record times (5 to 14 days). Bare in mind that it takes upto 5 days for the logistics company to pick up the parcels from the company, 2 to 3 days in transit to ie. UK two days in customs and 1 - 2 days in delivery to your address depending on your location. Dont ask sellers to send my low declaration and as "gift" (Especially from China) as they all get flagged and possibly opened and delayed. Please also remember that if you diviate declaration in custums then it is the buyer that is responsible for the fines if they occur.

Got the same number under my tracking on AliExpress , shows up on 17TRACK and packages but 17 seems to be faster, also have a card in my mail but the number can’t be tracked on anything not even on royal mail . Did anyone go to collect it if so was there item there , ordered uggs! Really hoping they arrive soon , any help is appreciated Thankyou 🙏🏽

I'm having the same issue makes no sense arrived at Heathrow on 13th...now back in China handed over to airline today?! Seller isn't being helpful telling me to call the post office and giving me a number which is a hair shop in East London 🤣 I had 4 parcels arrive at Heathrow same day...one was delivered 4 days later so can't understand what's going on with the others

AliExpress, like everyone else! This number was supplied through an email link so I thought I’d check it here before ringing. I did have a Royal Mail red card through the door and assume this is related to that. I had already arranged redelivery. Royal Mail have a call centre in Slough so I assume AliExpress are giving out their number because they don’t understand the system.

As others have said, delivery number for Ali Express. Like a few have mentioned on here copy your tracking number which will end with the letters GB (i.e QR56477729GB) and track it on Royal Mail. In my case I had the exception message from AliExpress and when I tracked it on Royal mail they had apparently tried to delivery, so I have just requested a redelivery. I did not that my address does say "new delivery address" so it is possible that the address label was damaged and with me entering my address as part of the redelivery process they now have the required information. So best just copying your tra king number and looking at it on the RoyalMail webpage.

My parcel finally arrived today, was stuck since 25th October.

Ali Express. No one answers. Cant chase up missing parcels. Website states to contact if parcel is missing, but its all twaddle - No one ever answers or its engaged.

I ordered a parcel on the 4th November, apprantley arrived in the UK on the 13th in Heathrow, but somehow royal mail received it on the 6th November? (with no tracking literally just says 6th November at 10:22am) and now on the 15th of November is being inspected in Chinese customs??? Its now the 27th of November with no more updates, I have messaged the seller to which they said its stuck in the destination airport and to wait. Has this happened to anyone else? Is my parcel in Heathrow or China?!

Mine was stuck since the 25th and I have just received it today. Finally!!! It was ordered on the 9th of October so it took almost 7 weeks to get here, when it's usually like 1-2 weeks.

Had an issue about a year ago from Ali where they sent my parcel to a wrong address and admitted it... didn't bother getting a refund as 1) I won it for 1p 2) didn't know what it was anyway But 6 years of buying phoned from there (£200) on average and other things I am worried about this. Same as everyone... being told to phone a number.. I need this package... It's a sex toy and my wife will kill me if she finds out so I need to be home when it gets delivered 🤦‍♂️

I am having the same situation...stuck with a parcel from October 25th, saying Received by the delivery company. For info call ..... Tomorrow, if im checking the status will say Arrived at destination country. I have another 10 parcels to receive, i've received a couple of them, which ive ordered them earlier than the stuck parcel and arrived with no problem. Ive contacted the seller too, he told me to wait a couple of days. My question is...who should i contact in Uk in order to find something about the stuck parcel?

It's given out when Aliexpress have no idea how to track your package! The number probably does not exist or has one man for millions of people. It's the way the Chinese work - to save face. It often seems to be a computer glitch just with their tracking system and your package will arrive.

Tried the universal tracking site and found the RM post man had tried to deliver it to a completely different village same street but different village enventually managed to collect it from a local depot

Never had this problem with AE before but this time 4 parcel sent as combined arrived at Tyneside MC last update 12 Nov says sending to local delivery , then nothing. AE tracking says can’t deliver phone this number ,tried every phone number I can find for RM all are automated voices so no joy ,messaged all 4 sellers say is the address correct ,seeing as I’ve been buying from the same sellers for a few years ,it is their fault if the address is wrong , going round in circles ,got another 50 days befor I can put in a claim ,always pay by PP so should get a refund OK

2 parcels got "released from customs" this week after sitting there doing ??? since oct but still not with me.

My parcel was stuck here for 3 weeks since 25th October but turned up today. I guess it's a customs centre or something or just the generally useless UK postal system.

Trying the parcelsapp may give more info ... For an item delivered a few days ago there's over 30 items in the tracking history and works for tracking from different couriers. There's a gap of 6 days on the most recent item I've been waiting for, but it did get updated last night and has finally hit RM. Didn't realise that 4PX and CAINIAO did the delivery despite selecting AE standard shipping instead of CAINIAO. Hope you get yours soon.

Seemingly the package arrives at a transfer station and it takes time to wait for customs clearance. During this time, the logistics information will not be updated. This information I received from the seller.

My order was a 10 day delivery service. Like with all others, package stuck since 25th October. Royal Mail tracking says they’re expecting a package, no other update.

Same problem with AE item in the UK for some days but royal mail tracking shows nothing other than being a valid number. So either lost or stuck in the queue to get handed off to RM. I've had success with AE items that promise a 10 day delivery so seems best to stick to those.

My AliExpress tracking had updated to call this number because they were unable to deliver, however I have a card to collect it from my local office so you could try there, I will find out if it’s there when I try to collect it in the morning.

What a joke been waiting for item. No one answers phone. I guess just be patient. Don't bother ordering anything for Christmas

I am waiting for two parcels. One is stuck there since the 25th of October, the other was there since 5th of November. However, the one that's stuck since the 5th has just updated on Royal Mail (they got it). No idea what's happening with the other one... Both my AliExpress packages had this message. I called the number a few days ago when the tracking said this, line busy. I left it and then tried Royal Mail tracking and it was there, on its it’s way to me. I don’t think AliExpress tracking page can relay Royal Mail information. Mine turned up today so just be patient and it should turn up 🤞

Called this number multiple times and no answer. Called royal mail and they've said my package from the sender has been sent to a delivery house in the UK which have generated a tracking number so they will send it to royal mail and then will be delivered to me. I checked the tracking status on aliexpress and and I said call this number and it was last updated on 5 November. I've messaged the seller to chase this otherwise I'll raise a dispute. Worst part is that it's a combined package so because of this botched up delivery, my two other packages from different sellers have been roped in for no reason

AliExpress give the number to call if you have an item going through customs, generally 3 days later your tracking will update to say it is with a delivery team or has left customs, and the day after that your royal mail tracking will update (usually a time stamp, with no details) that's when a 48hr parcel is created, so expect it a further 2 days later. Happened this way 4 times for me

AliExpress, same as others... The last update on my parcel was on the 25th of October (now 9th Nov) and nothing on the Royal mail system other than dispatched by sender. I received the same message to call that number. I did call it but it just rings or engaged. I just waited few more days then my tracking was updated and says royal mail has got it in the main sorting office and will be delivered soon. I am just waiting until comes.

As per other posts , it's regarding an Ali Express delivery. On 25 Oct 2021, their tracking system says "Received by the delivery company. For more information please call 01753 484554". Royal Mail can't help as they haven't been given the package yet. If nobody answers the phone, then I guess it's just stuck. I'll wait till the delivery window closes and file a non-delivery dispute with Ali.
