The automated female voice said she was from my bank, re unauthorised payments. press1 or 2 etc - just hung up. Bank's name not mentioned.

Automated messaging stating unauthorised transactions on Visa card on Amazon and overseas transaction. They did not give any information on the card, so I hung up.

Automated call amazon account and bank same as above

Told me I had suspicious transactions. I asked what card number he was ringing about, told me it started with a 4, I asked for the other nos. He quickly rattled of a load of nos. bearing no relation to my card. Told him he had to do a lot better than that, he then hung up!

Automated call informing me that I have had a transaction for £300 on Amazon and £1000 for an overseas transaction, neither service I have used before. No bank name mentioned and not how my bank query unusual transactions on an account. Hung up and blocked.

Why does nobody do anything to crack down on these predators?

Card used for £300 on amozon plus £1000 taken no bank name or who was calling

Called my landline. It rung off eventually. Tried to trace.

The female voice states there were fraudulent charges on my Amazon account. Ha ha don’t have one

Answered no one at other end

Apparently purchases made on a card , although they don’t say what card and they suspect fraudulent use, automated message, and to contact support, only fraud here is them, do not call them back !
