Im paying my bills from direct debit but for some reason zinc is calling everyday. My husband has Parkinson's and dementia plus other problems. I calls from the hospital but i don't know when to answer the call as its zinc who are they. Please get rid of them its really stressful.

They would not advise what the call was for wanted to speak to xx need to speak to xxx I asked what was it regarding they said they could not disclose that.

Robot voicecall trying to collect £40 owed to Octopus energy that was paid 2 months ago. Automation is not your friend. Can I be bothered to call and tell them when, they can't be bothered to check if the account has been paid? Idiots. Let them take me to court where they can be publicly shamed.
