Indian woman, hung up when I told her we were a company and she wasnt allowed to ring us.
Indian woman saying that she was from the technical department of Virgin Media & that 6 unauthorised users are accessing my internet connection. Couldn't email me as she needed to tell me what to do to sort it out. Highly suspicious. Put phone down. The same number rang back a couple of times. Didn't answer.
Indian sounding man said he was from BT Openreach and said my connection was slow. I told him it was fine and hung up. Obviously a scam
Had a call from Indian woman calling from bt to say my Internet was being used to buy Internet addresses, what did I know about that... I hung up.
I have things like this before I even got called on 01439 339269. I did ring back the number and got an automated response when connected mailbox is full / person unavailable. Don't give them any information..! Your router will be hacked

Phone call from "Virgin Media Technical Support" from this 01439 339268 number. The woman who called had an Indian accent and did not speak English very well. Here's how it played out... Me: Hello? Caller: Hello, this is Virgin Media Technical Support and I am calling you to inform you that there is a problem with your Internet connection. How are you doing today? Me: A problem with my Internet? Caller: Yes. You are already aware that sometimes the connection is slow and you have difficulty connecting to websites. RIght? Me: Yes, but how did you know? Caller: Because we are Virgin media and we are calling today to help you with these problems. Me: Oh OK! So, I won't expect you to put the phone down on me when I ask you what my full name and IP address is then. Right? Caller: <- hangs up and ends the call instantly -> Automated voice: "The other caller has cleared."
Tried to tell me about suspicions internet activity on my email via virgin media
A man with a Indian accent said that it had been noted that my internet failed at times and was I aware of this. When I asked if he could confirm who my internet provider was he stated that it was Virgin Media. When I advised that this was incorrect he hung up.
caller ask if you want to remove your number press 1 . its a indian women recording so just block this number
Answered, no response from caller. Waited for 1 minute then hung up.
