Asda hassling me

Call from Asda feedback service apparently, asking why I had not shopped online for a while. Gave her feedback. Very pleasant lady, stated I would receive a £5 evoucher, but nothing has been received. Pleasant lady, called me by my first name and just wanted to check my email address.

This was a lady calling to ask why I hadn't used Asda online grocery shopping for a few months? Asking if there were any problems? She was very polite, called me by my first name, but didn't ask any suspicious questions. She was very appreciative actually that I had answered her call. I guess not many do. She has a job to do, and bills to pay bless her. I just hope she isn't on commission.

Support representative from Asda, polite and friendly although an unexpected call. They didn't ask personal details, they seemed to want feedback information relating to my previous shopping experiences with them (not details).

It was just a simple question of my shopping experience with ASDA. They haven't asked me for any other details. The lady was polite and kind

Caller preported to be on behalf of asda with questions re online shopping

Phone number from Leeds, called at 3:37 PM. I live over an hour away from Leeds, not in the same county, but it is just on the edge of being credible for someone calling me. I did not pick up.

Claimed to be ASDA requesting feedback, they knew my last online delivery was in May. Asked general feedback questions and if I had any improvements for the service. Didn’t ask for any personal information. Still seemed suspicious

I placed a order from just eat and immediately called, I've never had this before as I do shop at Asda on their app, but I put the order in from Morrisons on just eat online, so it's linked to just eat not Asda.

called back as was expecting a pre-call for a delivery, said it was "asda, hold the line for the next available advisor", and they answered likely they were picking up their home phone, no business "your through to..." . Sounded suspicious so hung up. not got an order with them, no logged in or anything so perhaps as below customer engagement but seems odd use of resources!
