Ipsos Mori - a legitimate market research company. If they say they are calling "on behalf of..." it just means that company has asked Ipsos to carry out a survey, and doesn't necessarily mean it's spam. If you don't want to take part, just politely tell the person that.

Live call from a company called Ipsos. A survey about current happenings in Scotland. My number registered with TPS for years.

phone rang at 9pm, but hung up when I answered it. There was also a missed call from this number at 9am on the same day but I was out at the time.

Thanks for the above comments. They've tried calling me several times on my mobile phone this week so will block.

Called me around 10:15am today - lady started to introduced herself and the call dropped/was cut off (?). Didn't call back - I expect it's a scam or harassment call.

Said they were doing a survey for the Royal Bank of Scotland, didn’t know if it was genuine so I told him I wasn’t interested.

Rang at 8.55pm !!! Didn’t answer but they shouldn’t be ringing people at that time for market research

Female caller at 8:05pm 16th Nov 2023, displayed from Edinburgh... blocked it afterwards

When called there is a recorded message claiming that the call was from IPSOS Research Agency. However, the contact number on their website is: - 02030 595000. It is possible that calls from 01315 070018 are actually from IPSOS, but they should be treated with a bit of circumspection.

They called me in the evening, but I don't know this number, so I don't answer, because it's probably some scam I've had on the phone recently, it's better to block it right away, based on experience.

They kept calling me several times, I blocked the number and then a woman left me a weird voice message breathing in the microphone

This number called me at 17:30 on 15/11/23 an left no message which is a bit worrying as I'm a Doctor of psychiatry an the may have needed help ? But no message left ! Hope it was just another sales call ?
