This is the number for OUTGOING calls for Leeds NHS Trust; you can't call it back. To return the call, you need to know an extension number for who might be calling you (ring 0113 206 nnnn). Otherwise you'll just have to wait for them to call again. It's far from being peculiar to Leeds hospitals: it seems to be a standard NHS "thing" everywhere.
