Rang yesterday as was having issues sending parcels at an evri parcel shop, never stated that it would charge, rang twice and charged me almost £12 for 2 minutes, they didn’t even help me!
I called this number because it stated it was for the company Evri. As soon as it rang I knew there was a problem. I put the phone down and I didn't speak to anyone. I got charged £13 for 3 seconds! Be very careful. This should not be Legal! I'm in the process of trying to not have to pay this
3 calls at about 1 minute each have left me with a 19£ bill
Scum charged me to try and find out why my parcel hadn't been delivered three times £25 DO NOT RING THIS NUMBER.
Charged me £20 for calling, absolute scum bags
