This number is on a website claiming to be Evri, however when I reverse searched it the number has nothing to do with a company and looks like a massive scam as people are being charged high amounts for making the calls. Please don’t call this number for Evri!
Guess what, it's Evri again, tossers!! Like others before me, I rang a number from a Google search when trying to contact them about a parcel delivery, but it wasn't an 09 number I rang as I wouldn't ring a premium rate number for obvious reasons. Whatever number you call them on it seems like it gets transferred through to an 09 account and you get fleeced. Unfortunately, you don't know a lot of the time when you buy through Amazon which delivery company they're using until it's too late. I'll never try to contact them ever again, if the parcel fails to arrive it's best to contact the vendor direct, hopefully it'll be via a none premium rate number!!
Phoned the number 3 times as it kept giving me the wrong option - obviously on purpose as each call costs u £6 instantly! Got charged £23 for nothing! Shocking
Charged £25 for an automated call with evri trying to track a parcel. Disgusting sneaky scamming *'#@@@*
EVRI - Robbing scumbags I spent less than 10 minutes on the phone trying to sort out a parcel that hadn't turned up when it was suppose to at expense to me staying in all day for it to then find out weeks later than I had been fleeced for over £20 for calling them to sort out their mess!!!! Unbelievable! I'm so angry, how dare they!!!
Hey all. My other half has had similar, she's been charged £30 for multiple unanswered calls. I've done a bit of research and this isn't Evri charging you all. It's a premium rate number set up to look like Evri. I expect all of you that Google searched "Evri contact number" and clicked on the first result. This will have been a sponsored ad. I'm going to investigate if Google have done their due diligence in allowing this sponsored ad to run, as from where I'm standing it looks like solicitation and fraud. I'm going to take this further, much further. I'll be contacting Evri, my local MP, the BBC, The Guradian, Which Magazine and others. If anyone would like to follow my progress please send me an email to [email protected] and I'll keep you updated.
I've been fleeced £30+ trying to sort out their mess. There was no prompt that this was a premium rate charge number. For that, in future, I will pay more to go elsewhere, it's probably cheaper. Buy cheap pay twice? And the rest. They have lost a customer. I hope they go bust. 🖕
Had a text from Evri saying that a parcel I was expecting was attempted to deliver but I was not in. I rang them from the app and was asked to put tracking information in via keypad kept saying they did not recognise number. Upshot was £25.00 bill. Never informed that this was a premium rate call. They must have sent the text as how would anyone know I was waiting for a parcel within this two hour window. Really think it’s time this company was investigated. Am really going to see who I can get involved to find out what is going on
Seriously pi**ed with Evri/Hermes!! Tried to find out where my parcel was and they asked me to get in touch. Rang twice charged £18 never got speaking to anyone!!!! Changed their name but they still an awful company!!!
Charged £18 for 3 phone calls totalling less than 3 mins for finding out about a missing parcel! Echoing the comments that have been posted! Appalling!
This was when I called EVRI as the driver left my parcel at some unknown house and left as photo of somewhere I didn’t recognise. Hot charged over £13 even though I couldn’t get through. Absolutely disgusting this. O pant should be charged with theft!!
I have been billed £6. 80 from this number, I have not called it I'm lived that we been charged for a number I never called
I called this number for Evri twice on the 21/6 chasing my parcel that they said they tried to deliver but didn’t. I’ve been charged £13 for the 2 calls plus nearly £4 from ee. It’s an automated line and no one helps you. Do not ring this number!! I’ve got ee to block all premium line numbers and made a complaint to Zara who use them for their deliveries. I am so annoyed that Evri/Hermes are ripping us off !
So I’ve been charged £15 for ringing Evri to find out where MY returned parcel was and all I got was an automated machine! The value of the parcel was only 30 quid! I’d have been better off keeping it and selling it for 15 quid! It’d have been the same result! Shocking company!
Charged me £6 for this call, they were calling about a parcel for collection, which they had not collected but had also charged £3.95 for return postage. I will never deal with them again.
