£6.67 for 10 seconds. How is this allowed? Someone is raking it in and there appears to be no consequences whatsoever!! Well done that person whose reporting to their MP, BBC etc.. which regulatory body should we be complaining to? Does anyone know?

Evri courier pretended to deliver my parcel taking photo of door of unoccupied house opposite my block of flats, I have tried to ring them to have my parcel redelivered, but ended up paying £21 extra. It has not been mentioned at the start of the call that it's a paid premium call. Been charged £14 for 2 phone calls. Fuming!!! Trying to chase up a parcel supposedly delivered by a rouge van driver! How are Evri not up in court??? Shocking company, even if this is a scam! The whole business is a joke.

I have just seen my mobile bill, £14 for 2 calls to the evri ($cum-bags) automated system to track a missing parcel? The calls lasted less than 2mins (as you cannot actually get to speak to a human) , and I get charged £7 for each time? Absolutely disgusting. Nowhere on their website does it say the number is premium OR how much you get charged if you phone - which is fraudulent (and the automated service you get is useless too).

I have just had to pay over £12 for two short calls from my mobile (49 seconds and one of 3 minutes and 16 seconds), trying to locate a parcel that Evri told me had been delivered to me. (It hadn't - photo was of someone else's doorway! AND we are the only property with the postcode written on said parcel). I have only just discovered the call charge, since receiving my monthly mobile bill, which normally has zero cost for calls. Beware! Don't ring Evri unless you really have to!

Called this number, no one answered and have been charged £8 on my EE BILL. was Evri/Hermes I was tracking a missing parcel. Not happy!

It's hermes/evri. I had called them when they didn't deliver my parcel. No one even picked up the call and I've just seen I've been charged £6.73 for 2 second duration ring.

I echo all the above, I was charged £13 in August simply on 2 two minute fruitless calls to track a lost parcel. This firm Evri is simply ripping off people and should be fully investigated by the relevant authorities, truly disgusting way to do business.

One of the cheapest and fucking company is Evri, They are scam i called to fucking 09015451960 this number they charged me £38 and problem is still not resolved. Please everybody use alternative service Royal Mail or any other delivery service but don't use this fucking Evri. Scam Mother fucking Evri

The number I called was 0330 808 5456, it’s the same number on all the links that came up when I searched Evri contact number, but no where does it mention that it’s a premium rate number. I was charged £6.85 for a call that didn’t even go through. Not happy at all!!!
