Claims to be Scottish power. Claims to be located in South Africa Cold calls to see if anyone picks up and marks that number. Expects a callback, but if it continues they ask for personal information to confirm the account holder. no respectable company conducts buisness that way over phone, a clear scam with surface level personal information bought from databrokers (could be other energy companies selling data/national registry of users)
