0800 169 5164 called twice with ID M&S Bank so went to check online and realised it’s a scam.

It's not M&S Bank although they claim to be after answering after multiple calls per day. Checking the fraud page on the M&S Bank website it states that this is not a number they call from so is NOT legitimate.
