Scam call Pretend to be Barclays Sounds real
An automated voice called my mobile, apparently from Barclaycard Fraud Prevention team, regarding suspicious activity on my Barclaycard ending in "6011", which I don't have. The interesting thing is, that after I hung up, it called my work's number with the same message - where are they getting this data from? Be aware though, because if these numbers do happen to match your Barclaycard, then the message sounds quite convincing, in its well spoken male English BBC newscaster style voice!!!
Name..barclaycard... same spiel as stated previously..also called again following morning
