Scam caller selling loft insulation, they don't like it when you waste their time. These calls eventually lead to Warmer Solutions and Sothern Eco Fix. All three have been reported to the ICO.

Well, I was out. Call came at 153pm. Same number. Left voicemail of a kettle being boiled for a cup of tea or coffee I guess.. probably catching a last drink in time to get back to it for 2pm..

Said was doing survey for nortyh wales police seemed to know date of specific report. Call got over ridden by same number saying spam alert, they called again but never spoke. Ill ignore in future

The call was on BEHALF of a local government authority. I think the commenters here need to get their ears cleaned out, as at no point did they say they were calling FROM the council. Not a scam by any means, just a standard telephone survey.

Caller claimed to be from Newham Council - London. I had received a letter from the council regarding a phone survey so answered a lot of general questions. Nothing specific or personal. Checking paperwork received from the council, after the call was completed, I discovered that the number called from was not the one listed by the council. Number since blocked. Have reported to the council also.
