Said they were calling to return my call. I never called. Said they were British gas. But bg has a different number

This number has been calling. I called back for a message to say British Gas had called to take a meter reading. This is a lie as I'm not will BG. When googling this number + 0333 202 9783 an article came up about BG scammers.
