Parcel Scam
said royal mail parcel large with 3 or more items, wanting to send me sms to get redelivery code. said parcel was in deliver office 100 miles away from me. wanted email but got suspicous it said i was looking up number on royal mail website. when I searched number and said it was coming up in india call dropped!!
Asked me about a package, and would I like instructions about how to collect it, when I asked, what sort of package it was they hung up, they even knew my name, could not believe it,, these people want to be put behind bars or worse, IM GLAD I DO NOT KEEP ANY BANK DETAILS ON MY PHONE, THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM,
Claimed to be from passport office. Got my name wrong so they hung up. SCAM!
Comes up as Royal mail. Seems unlikely to be RM as I don't think they have any reason to phone me
Left no message when called. Comes up as royal mail id number. No recognised by me
