Claiming to be BT. Can I speak to someone about infrastructure- no-one available. Hung up, no goodbye or thanks. Defo a scammer

Claims to be BT head office but knows nothing about the local infrastructure. Tries to use copper lines being cut off as pressure to divulge contract details.

called up pretending to be form BT. said we urgently needed to take action to stop our business landline being cancelled. Said he spoke to a woman here last week.....we had no woman here last week.

Scammers tried to scam my customer, who i actually supply the VOIP services for. Pretended to be from BT again. Liars.

Nasty man saying he was from BT. Got very aggressive when we questioned his claim to be from BT. We asked him to email us with relevant identification and details of our account to prove he was genuine. He then threatened to cut us off, and then hung up!

Says he is James from BT about our phone number saying he needs to check if we moved over from copperline. Checked number with BT, definately not BT. It is Colt Technology (Communications company) Called for the first time today
