Scammers tried to scam my customer, who i actually supply the VOIP services for. Pretended to be from BT again. Liars.
Nasty man saying he was from BT. Got very aggressive when we questioned his claim to be from BT. We asked him to email us with relevant identification and details of our account to prove he was genuine. He then threatened to cut us off, and then hung up!
