Called today, but proably scam

117 reports Annoying, especially when I am on another call.

Automat message inviting me to press 1 to listen to an SMS message. Twice yesterday and again this morning after eleven. I think i had the same call over a year ago.

I used to answer this number but due to the delay in the caller responding to my cheerful greeting, I assumed that it was generated by a computer but waiting for a human scammer to continue, so ignored. The tell tale sign is a long call prior to computer going to next number, Always during daytime. Block it :)

Called numerous times over the last week.When it goes to my answerphone a robotic voice starts with what sounds like I have a message...but then disconnects.

They called my landline with a recorded voice saying I had an SMS message. Press 1 to hear it. I rang off. If someone wants to send a message to my landline just call me!

Got a automated call at 8-20 am this morning saying I had an SMS message, I immediately thought SCAM and hung up.

Recorded message on saying I'd received an SMS message and to press 1 to listen to it. I've blocked the number it was clearly a scam. Anyone I am likely to receive messages from would message my mobile number.

Have rang twice today on my landline claiming a message had been left and inviting me to press 1 to listen to the message. Hung up.

Want to press 1 for message so might cost on phone line.

They called my number times two, told me to look at an SMS message that they sent… Needless to say I did not do this as per all the other comments on this website. Scam scam scam. Blocked number suggest you do the same.

SMS Scam - don't press the button! May the scum die in agony....

Three calls over the last couple of days, one at 1am in the morning which woke us up, with an automated voice saying we had received an SMS and to press 1 to listen. We have not done this as it seems unlikely we've had an SMS in this way.

I had calls (that I didn't answer) from this number exactly when I also received emails from Amazon Logistics about a delivery, and at no other time. I think it's just parcel delivery information.

Possible fraud attempt?.

I received this call at 0.15am, Thursday, as I was expecting a call from someone I picked up and received a recorded message saying that my order was delayed but would be delivered on Friday. I have not ordered anything from Stour Marine Limited so assume it is a scam or they dialed a wrong number. Seeing other comments I would suggest it's a scam. Have blocked the number.

Called my landline twice in succession today (Sunday). Did not answer. No message left. Possible scam or wrong number? Looked them up online - they are a provider of telecom services.
