Indian lady who says she’s from O2 and wants to upgrade my account. I’m not even with O2 anymore. I played along with it to waste their time and she handed me over to an Indian male who sends a code from the OFFICIAL 02 text messaging service and asks you to read the code back to him. I gave him a fake number and he got really annoyed. I just wanted to report this because it is manipulative how the text comes from the official O2 number. Don’t be fooled!

I answered the calling and I said this is O2 how can I help knowing what to expect they just kept reading of their script starting with they are O2 even though I repeated myself numerous times I'm from O2. They wanted to send text messages and presumably trying to get into my account online hoping I would give them a code to access my account. If I was from O2.
Scam from this number from a Indian man named Micheal claimed to be with O2 network even though I haven’t been with O2 for a while now
Indian female voice calling allegedly from O2. I ended up the call, didn't call back. Number said suspected spam.
Phone said Suspected Spam so I rejected the call. Undeterred, they called back so I picked up to hear that my O2 Sim card would soon stop working as it's incompatible...I didn't believe the Indian-accented female caller and ended the call. She called twice more and I've now blocked this number. If what she said about my O2 sim card is true I expect to hear from O2 in a more conventional and acceptable way than an unknown number.
