They knew my first name and said I had reported an issue to my housing association and they were contacting me about making repairs. When I said no they apologised and ended the call.

Said I had reported a housing problem. I said I hadn’t. He then asked me to confirm I didn’t have a damp problem. Sounded like a call centre and very scammy. Didn’t give details of who he was.

Called me to claim that I had reported a housing repair problem, knew it was a scam, so I trolled them for as long as I could until they got annoyed and hung up.
