I received this phone call today a lady asking to make payments also the line was weird their was pause everytime she ask questions.anywaise she said she will put my account on default if I don't make any payments soon. !!!

it is an auto dialer for paypal europe, if you use the pay in 3 option and miss a payment this is what rings you.
