They claimed they were o2 and needing to give me a new SIM card, when I asked if could have verification through email they said they have been sending them but I haven’t responded and asked me to verify email address, I asked them to read out the email they have in folder and they hung up
Claimed they were sending a new SIM then asked for my email. I said you should have that so no. She hung up. Dodgy.
Claimed to be from Tesco/O2 and that they were sending me a new sim card. I knew immediately it wasn't Tesco as they would not give me a straight answer when challenged. Also I have an eSim, not a physical sim card, so definitely not the case that I need a new sim card.
Claimed to be from o2 regarding a new sim.
