020 4632 9963 Neutral Who called me from this phone number?

They just told me they where from 02 & wanted to reduce my bill.. I told them I’m not the account holder, they asked for the account holders number so I said no it’s okay I’ll tell them to ring 02, they said it’s better if I gave them this number, I said nope it’s ok we will ring 02, he said fine I’m not gonna force you, I said great :) and he muttered something and put the phone down.

BEWARE - Initially said from EE, 'Jasmine Wilson,' 30% off bills, then passed to 'Maya,' supervisor who said she was from Sky, I picked her up on it and she then denied she said Sky. I asked quite a number of questions, like why they wanted to give me money etc? They wanted me to download app, (which I didn't) and give my email. I then had an email to change password - EE emails look legit and I rang EE as fraud warning states EE won't ask for codes over the phone which is what 'Maya' was doing. Found out it wasn't EE and they'd somehow managed to access their system. Could have done a LOT of damage.

Sky - wanted to upgrade my sim, but didnt know my account details. Trying to get access to my account. They got angry when I didn't comply and threatened me with cancelling my Sim. I told them to go ahead and try.

claim to be calling from sky but the number does not match, said they were giving me a 30% discount on my bill for being a loyal customer, then asked if i wanted to upgrade my mobile phone (it is due for renewal soon) I keep putting them off as not sure it is really sky?

Say that they are from Sky TV and want to reduce your bills, then ask for information from you, yet when you ask them to confirm the last 3 digits of your sky account they hang up…
