I have been contacted twice by this number, my mobile flagged it up as a possible scam call. The first time I was boarding a train. Immediately I clicked on my answer option and ended the call. The following morning approximately 09.20 am I ignored the call. It stopped and the same number called me again but I ignored the call again.

calls are frequent but i don't answer them and the caller leaves no message.
Answered phone but no one spoke, so I hung up as suspected it was an autodialler bot
Like the other commenter, it was someone claiming to be from Pew Research Center calling to do a survey about social attitudes in the UK. We've had so many scam calls lately I declined just in case it wasn't legit as I had no way of knowing.
Caller with an American accent representing "PEW" alegedly carrying out a survey of social attitudes the UK.
