Mother was almost a victim of a scam. She called this number, and a woman pretending to be from O2 answered. She asked for Bank Account Number, Sort Code, Card Number, Security Code, etc. They attempted to hijack the O2 account, by asking for my mother's email, and then requesting a login from their device which sent an email to my mother's email address. They asked her to Verify the login was her, and unfortunately my mother didn't realise this is a classic scam method. She was also asked to repeat back a one-time passcode from O2, which is also something you should NEVER share, even with a legitimate O2 operator.
